NEWBERRY FITNESS’s concept is quite simple. We promote and encourage a simple and basic approach to becoming physically fit and healthier by stressing the importance for the need to:

- Perform resistance training 2–3 times per week

- Include cardiovascular / conditioning work in or out of the gym 2-3 times per week

- Make healthy food choices by focusing on vegetables, fruits, lean sources of protein, complex carbohydrates and essential fats

- Practice flexibility training daily

- And make sure to give yourself enough time to rest and recover

It's a pretty simple concept that has worked for decades and we know it can work for you.
